Rich in history. Beautiful early 1900s hotel. Highly suggested for those who value the unique feel of buildings from this era. Very close to 4th street restaurants. I would certainly stay again.
Bathroom was small compared to modern hotels but was clean and classy. Executive level breakfast area became cramped and busy in the morning.
Great if you are going to 4th street live!
the lobby was beautiful and the location to restaurants was fantastic
the rooms are horribly small. this might have been one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was not indicative of a luxury hotel.
It was very noisy throughout the night with loud people in the hallway and doors propped open with parties going on.
Room service was excellent
There could have been a closer place near the hotel for me to walk my dog
poor service at the seelbach bar at 2 different times--one time we told the manager and it didn't help--he didn't follow up either. 5 diamond restaurant had slow service and a menu that wasn't customer friendly.
I wish there would have been a refrigerator in the rooms.
The Oak Room's dinner was only okay, but their Sunday brunch is amazing. Really. Amazing.
It was awfully crowded, but not with people who were guests. They were there with a bunch of events.
so quiet, and great linens and mattress. The history of the hotel and decor.
Price was about 40$ higher than what I felt it was worth.
The staff was very courteous
The Wifi kept kicking out every few minutes. It was almost impossible to use. The rooms were much smaller than new hotels.
Location is good. And free wifi.
Room is very small, the bathroom door is exactly next to the bed. No fridge in the room. It's very costly and did not deserve the amount of money I paid. My daughters' room didn't even have shampoo.
Very friendlly staff!
It was a Very Clean hotel and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful
The bathroom was way too small. Also, a very noisy hotel while in the room. You could hear people talking very loudly and doors slamming.
I appreciated how close the hotel was to fourth street. It was wonderful to have such an attraction area in walking distance.
We reserved an executive queen suite. Based on the photos and descriptions we received a queen room in the executive floor. It was smaller than a closet, at least that's how it felt with my husband and I in the room. Over priced and not advertised appropriately.
The rooms were clean and the valet staff were wonderful
The desk staff were not helpful, grumpy, and in organized. This was my girlfriends first time out of state so we wanted something fancy but recivved just a plain, very small room. We were very disappointed.
